Copy Your Favorites (Bookmarks) in Internet Explorer

Note: The steps may be slightly different in your version of Internet Explorer. However, they will be so similar that you should have no problem.

With Internet Explorer open, go to File, Import and Export.

A Wizard will appear.
Click Next in the 1st window and
Export Favorites
and Next in the 2nd window.

In the next window leave Favorites highlighted to export the entire list and click Next.

 

The Export to a File or Address button should already be selected.

Browse to select the  drive that you want to save the Favorites file to.

If you are making a copy to take home or elsewhere. You could save it to a network folder and email it to yourself.

Click Next.

Click Finish.

 

 

To access your Favorites on another system (like at home), go to File, Import and Export and Import your Favorites.
