Create Your Own Graph Paper

1. Click on the box to the left of column A to select all cells.

2. Click on the vertical line between column A and Column B

3. Drag the vertical line to the left or right to the desired width of a graph square.

4. A tool tip box will be displayed on the screen, noting the width of the column in both inches and pixels
The key is to refer to the number of pixels.

5. Determine how many pixels wide you want the column width to be, then stop moving the mouse.
When you let go of the mouse button all the columns will have been expanded to the same width.

6. Click on the horizontal line that separates row 1 and row 2.

7. Drag the horizontal line down. A tool tip box will be displayed on the screen noting the row height in both
    inches and pixels.

8. Continue dragging the horizontal line until the number of pixels for the row height is equal to the number of
pixels for the column width that you chose earlier.

9. Select the squares you need for a sheet of graph paper and copy and paste them into Word. You will
probably not be able to see any borders of the graph.

10. Right-click inside where the grid should appear and select Table Properties.

11. Click the Borders and Shading button (toward the bottom)

12. Select All and OK

13. Save your page and print it when you need graph paper.

Note: you can put a border around the cells in Excel and print from there instead.
