D. Latin Questions
1.
To begin an interrogative sentence in Latin, use an interrogative work
like:
cur? why? ubi?
where?
quis? who? quid?
what?
ex.
Cur sub arbore Sextus est? Why is Sextus under the tree?
2. If there is no interrogative
word, then add -ne to the first word.
This asks a "yes or no" question.
ex. Estne puella laeta? or Puellane laeta est? Is the girl happy?
